As a Graduate from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors in Public Health Education & Health Promotion, a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Booty Barre Instructor, Certified Turbo Kick Instructor, Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, I have the education and experience necessary to coach people through their health and fitness journey to promote long term lasting results.
